Community Initiatives

Communities that have adequate transportation services and opportunities for biking and walking are desirable places to live and work.  

 

This section includes information on initiatives and events that promote safe and efficient travel by walking, programs for social service agencies to enhance mobility options for clients, and opportunities for municipalities to receive technical assistance and financial support for certain transportation-related projects.
